User agreement

These terms describe the fair-use boundaries for HavenStreamTV. They apply when you browse, sign in, stream, or use another feature of the service.

By creating an account or using HavenStreamTV, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and any plan terms shown before a purchase.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required in your region to create an account. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must review and approve your use. You are responsible for using the service lawfully.

2. The service

HavenStreamTV may provide title discovery, streaming, search, watchlists, playback history, progress sync, profiles, and paid features. Availability depends on region, device, operating system, network, plan, and content rights. The app and programmes are licensed, not sold.

3. Your account

• Keep account information accurate and current.
• Protect passwords, verification codes, and signed-in devices.
• Report suspected unauthorized access through in-app support.
• Do not sell, lend, rent, or transfer an account or its benefits.
• You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our failure to protect it.

4. Limited permission

While you follow these terms, we grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use HavenStreamTV for private, non-commercial entertainment. This permission ends when access ends.

5. Content and conduct

Do not copy, record, download, redistribute, sell, publicly perform, or make derivative works from content unless the rights holder permits it. Do not bypass geographic, payment, membership, security, or digital-rights controls. Do not use bots, scraping, reverse engineering, malware, unauthorized security testing, or activity that overloads the service.

Do not impersonate others, harass users, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or distribute unlawful, hateful, violent, or exploitative material through HavenStreamTV.

6. Ownership and feedback

HavenStreamTV, its licensors, and content partners own the service, software, marks, artwork, audio, video, text, and data. If you send feedback, you permit us to use it without payment to improve the service; you keep ownership of your original ideas and personal information.

7. Apple and other platforms

Apple, network providers, content partners, and linked services may have separate terms. Their systems can affect sign-in, playback, billing, or availability, and your relationship with them is governed by their agreements.

8. Changes and interruptions

We may change, pause, or retire features or titles because of licensing, maintenance, security, law, or platform requirements. We will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and provide notice when a material change affects a paid feature. You are responsible for compatible equipment, internet access, and data charges.

9. Suspension or closure

You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit, suspend, or close an account for serious breach, fraud, security risk, or unlawful use. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple-managed subscription; follow the steps in the Subscription Terms.

10. Disclaimers and liability

HavenStreamTV is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep it reliable, but cannot promise that every title or feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here removes consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, indirect losses are excluded and total liability is limited to the amount paid to HavenStreamTV in the 12 months before the event.

11. Governing rules

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's principal place of business, without removing mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction. Please use the in-app support route before bringing a dispute.

12. Updates

We may revise these terms to reflect service, legal, or platform changes. We will publish the new version and effective date on this page. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
